The International Journal of Innovative Research in Health Science (IJIRHS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to disseminating research in health sciences and related disciplines. Published articles are made freely available on the journal website immediately upon publication. Readers do not need a subscription, payment or login to access published articles.

1. Open Access Statement

IJIRHS follows an immediate open access model. Readers may read and download published articles without subscription charges or registration requirements. This is an open access journal, and articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license permits users to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for non-commercial purposes, and with appropriate attribution to the original author(s). Under this license, users may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the published content.

2. Copyright Policy

Copyright ownership and publication rights are governed by the terms stated in the journal's author publication agreement. The copyright holder and applicable reuse conditions should be clearly identified on each article webpage and in the published PDF. Authors and readers should consult the copyright and licence statement attached to each article.

3. Licensing Policy

The reuse permissions for each article are stated on its individual article webpage and in the article PDF. Where an article is published under a Creative Commons licence, the licence name and link are displayed with that article. Users must follow the terms of the licence indicated on the published version.

4. Access to Published Articles

The full text of published articles is freely accessible through the IJIRHS website. Article pages provide bibliographic information, author names and affiliations, abstract, keywords, full text and a PDF download option. A DOI is displayed where one has been assigned.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC)

IJIRHS charges an Article Processing Charge of INR 1,500 per accepted article, plus 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The APC is payable only for manuscripts accepted for publication. There is no submission fee. Payment of an APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes or the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript. Manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's editorial and peer-review procedures.

6. Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may share or deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories and academic websites in accordance with the copyright and licensing terms applicable to the article. When sharing an article, authors should acknowledge its original publication in IJIRHS and include the DOI or permanent article URL, where available.

7. Digital Preservation Policy

IJIRHS maintains electronic copies of published articles on its website and takes reasonable measures to protect published content against accidental loss or unauthorised alteration. Any external long-term digital preservation service or repository used by the journal should be identified here.

8. No Embargo Policy

IJIRHS does not impose an embargo period on access to published articles. Articles are made freely available immediately upon publication.

9. Reader Rights

Readers may read and download published articles without payment, print and store copies for personal, educational and research use, share article links, and reuse content in accordance with the licence stated on each article.
